By accessing or using Engagebot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent website notice.

2. Service Description

Engagebot is a WhatsApp automation platform that enables businesses to:

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use Engagebot, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• •Authorizing only yourself to use your account
• •Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access
• •Accepting responsibility for all activities on your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use Engagebot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• •Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of any law
• •Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
• •Violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service or send prohibited content
• •Collect or process data without proper consent
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• •Interfere with Service operation or engage in denial-of-service attacks
• •Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• •Impersonate another person or entity
• •Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Engagebot’s IP: All platform code, features, designs, graphics, and materials are owned by Engagebot and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of messages, data, and content you create and process through Engagebot. By using the Service, you grant Engagebot a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide to Engagebot may be used freely without compensation or attribution.

7. Payment Terms & Refunds

Free Plan: Available at no cost with standard limitations (up to 50 contacts, 30-day message retention).

Paid Plans: Usage-based pricing ($9 per 100 additional contacts). Billing is monthly and automatically renewed unless canceled. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

WhatsApp Costs: WhatsApp charges separate fees for messages in paid categories. These are billed directly by WhatsApp/Meta and are not included in Engagebot plans.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase. No refunds for WhatsApp API charges.

Cancellation: You may cancel your plan anytime. Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, or deleted if preferred.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGAGEBOT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Engagebot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account anytime by accessing account settings or contacting support.

Termination by Us: We may immediately terminate your account without notice if you:

• •Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• •Violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service
• •Send spam or unsolicited messages

Data Deletion: Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless legal obligations require retention. No refunds will be issued for termination due to violation of Terms.
